International students entering to study at Beijing can apply for the below mentioned scholarships:

Chinese Government scholarships: The Government has announced various scholarships to provide financial support to students, teachers and scholars from all around the world to study at Chinese colleges or universities. Successful International students will get funds arranged by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China to study at Chinese universities.  The Ministry entrusted China scholarship council (CSC) to handle enrollments of international students and administer their routine management work of students as well.

Since 2008, CSC has issued many scholarship quotas for the students who are independently admitting into partial Chinese colleges or universities. From then, students can apply for these colleges or universities with Chinese Government scholarships.

Initially it was thought to take three years from 2008-2010 by CSC to double the Chinese Government Scholarship quotas to expand enrollment of international students with an annual increase of about 3,000 students.

Chinese Government Scholarships can be full or partial scholarships. All those students who want to apply for the scholarship need to contact Chinese Scholarship Council for the latest information.
University Scholarships: All Universities in China are offering university scholarships to international students. Few of these universities are offering scholarships to international students at Faculty level. All those international students who are interested in applying for any of these scholarships can contact international students’ administration department for detailed information.
